Shipping Policy
I currently ship worldwide and all items are shipped from my Broomall Studio to the address you provided during checkout. If you need the artwork shipped to a different address, please contact me so we can work it out.
I take great pride in ensuring that all items are securely packaged so they will arrive at your destination in perfect condition. Most orders are shipped within **3-5 business days unless noted otherwise. As soon as I ship your order, I will notify you with the shipping details and the Tracking Number(s). Any questions or special requirements, please feel free to contact me.
Additional Shipping Notes:
- I ship all prints smaller than 20x24 inches, flat. The print(s) will be packaged in a clear, acid-free, cellophane sleeve and mailed inside a rigid mailer or reinforced box to ensure it arrives at your location in perfect condition. (Unless you prefer a shipping tube, just let me know.)
- Prints 20x24 inches and larger, are carefully rolled and shipped in a reinforced mailing tube unless you request otherwise.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE US:
- I ship most items less than 12 inches via USPS First Class.
- Larger items will be shipped via USPS Priority
- Canvas Wraps and Metal Prints via FedEx or UPS and may require a signature upon delivery.
- All shipments include Tracking Number(s).
(If you have any other specific requirements or require Overnight Shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing. I will be more than happy to meet your requirements.)
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
International customs duties, taxes, and/or broker fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Since these charges vary from country to country and depend on the items and size of the package, I cannot predict the potential charges. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for paying these fees. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees or taxes.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive the item for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.
- If your order is lost in transit, I will work with the shipper to locate the package. If the package can not be located, I will file a claim with the shipper and ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
